FINANCE COMMITTEE - Monthly

Love working with numbers? The Finance Committee ensures JCFBA’s financial health.  Working closely with staff, the committee provides careful review of the budget and monthly statements, monitors cash flow, develops finance policies for Board approval, ensures strong internal controls, and supports compliance with legal and audit requirements. The committee guides long‑term financial planning and supports strategic planning with financial analysis.  The Finance Committee provides a high-level report to the board at each board meeting. 

COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE- Twice a Month

Got a knack for storytelling or a passion for great design? The Communications Committee shapes how JCFBA presents itself to the world. It develops messaging, oversees branding, supports storytelling, manages the Annual Report, social media, and newsletters, and ensures clear, consistent communication with the community. The committee also helps translate the mission into compelling content that builds trust, visibility, and engagement.

ENGAGEMENT COMMITTEE- Monthly

Passionate about people and community? The Engagement Committee supports the incredible community of supporters who provide time, treasure, and talent to help JCFBA deliver on its mission.  The committee partners with staff on campaigns, events, and stewardship, keeps the board engaged in engagement and fundraising, and monitors progress toward annual and long‑term development goals.
